Introduction

Forever Hotelware India Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates HotelWare Hub, a marketplace connecting hotelware manufacturers with hotel, restaurant, and institutional buyers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, GSTIN (for business buyers), and order history. If you register as a vendor, we also collect business registration details, bank account information for payouts, and product listings you submit.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and deliver orders, generate GST-compliant invoices, communicate order status, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and improve the marketplace. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Sharing With Vendors and Logistics Partners

Because HotelWare Hub is a multi-vendor marketplace, the details needed to fulfil your order — your name, shipping address, and the items ordered — are shared with the vendor(s) supplying those items and with the courier handling delivery. Vendors and couriers are only given what they need to fulfil the order and may not use it for any other purpose.

Payment Information

We do not store your full card or UPI credentials. Payments made through a gateway are processed by that gateway under its own security standards. For offline payments (bank transfer or UPI), we retain the transaction reference you provide solely to confirm receipt of payment.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features (like staying logged in) may stop working.

Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request that we delete your account and associated data, subject to what we are legally required to retain (for example, GST invoices and transaction records). To do so, contact us using the details below.
