About HotelWare Hub
HotelWare Hub is a marketplace operated by Hotelware India Private Limited. Products listed on the site are sold by independent, verified vendors; Hotelware India Private Limited facilitates the transaction, consolidated invoicing, and customer support, but each vendor is responsible for the accuracy of their own listings and for fulfilling orders for the products they supply.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Business (B2B) accounts may be subject to additional verification, credit terms, or approval workflows configured for that account.
Orders and Pricing
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we or the relevant vendor may accept or decline (for example, if an item is out of stock or a listing contains a pricing error). Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and, depending on the product, may be inclusive or exclusive of GST as stated on the product page. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before an order is confirmed.
Payments
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include Cash on Delivery (where available and within the applicable order value cap) and bank transfer / UPI. Orders paid by bank transfer or UPI are confirmed once payment is verified against the reference you provide.
Shipping and Delivery
Estimated lead times are shown on each product listing and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss for physical goods passes to you on delivery to the shipping address provided.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our separate Returns, Refunds & Cancellation, available from the site footer.
Vendor Listings and Product Accuracy
While we require vendors to provide accurate specifications, images, and lead times, we do not independently manufacture or inspect every listed product. If an item received differs materially from its listing, contact us so we can involve the vendor and resolve it under our returns policy.
Intellectual Property
All site content — including the HotelWare Hub name, logo, design, and original text — is the property of Hotelware India Private Limited or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product images and descriptions belong to the respective vendor or manufacturer.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hotelware India Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from products supplied by vendors, beyond the value of the order in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
